Café De L'Horloge: a demo conversion website for a restaurant
Café De L'Horloge sits at the foot of Essaouira's old clock tower, a terrace on the square for mint tea, tagines, and bistro plates. I built this demo to show what a conversion website looks like for a café built around a landmark address like this one: a live example anyone can open, not a delivered client project. A visitor can see the terrace and find the exact spot under the clock.

The demo
Here it is. Try it.
The demo itself, running live below. Scroll it, open the menu, tap the buttons — it works exactly like a real visitor would find it.
The build
What's built into it.
- Google Maps directions built in, for a terrace anchored to a single landmark.
- An Instagram link built in, so a visitor can see the square before arriving.
- A full page structure: the café at the foot of the clock, Morocco and bistro plates at the same table, the terrace and the morning paper, and finding the address under the clock.
- A clean, mobile-first build, made for how a tourist actually browses on a phone.
