La Terrasse Ben Youssef: a demo conversion website for a restaurant
La Terrasse Ben Youssef sits above the Marrakech medina with a 360-degree view of the Koutoubia and the Atlas mountains, serving tajine, couscous, and tanjia through lunch, sunset, and into the evening with oud playing. I built this bilingual demo to show what a conversion website looks like for a rooftop restaurant built entirely around one view and one table: a live example anyone can open, not a delivered client project. A visitor can see the terrace at every hour and book a table directly on WhatsApp.

The build
What's built into it.
- A bilingual site, English and French, so a visitor reads it in their own language.
- WhatsApp and click-to-call built in for booking the rooftop table.
- Google Maps directions built in, for a terrace reached through the medina's alleys.
- An Instagram link built in, so a visitor can see the view before climbing the stairs.
- A full page structure that follows the day: one table and the whole city, sunset, the menu cooked and served upstairs, the evening mood, summer terrace and winter lounges, and a contact and location close.
- A clean, mobile-first build, made for how a tourist actually browses on a phone.
