Riad Lola: a demo conversion website for a riad
Riad Lola is a boutique guesthouse two minutes from Jemaa el-Fna in the Marrakech medina, built with raw tadelakt, white linen, and a turquoise rooftop plunge pool, breakfast included. I built this bilingual demo to show what a conversion website looks like for a riad with a design identity this strong: a live example anyone can open, not a delivered client project. A visitor can see the rooms and the rooftop, then write in to ask about a stay.

The demo
Here it is. Try it.
The demo itself, running live below. Scroll it, open the menu, tap the buttons — it works exactly like a real visitor would find it.
The build
What's built into it.
- A bilingual site, English and French, so a guest reads it in their own language.
- An Instagram link built in, so a guest can see the house before writing.
- Google Maps directions built in, for a house at the centre of the medina.
- A full page structure: a house composed rather than decorated, a setting no hotel can copy, rooms that are each different, the rooftop as the slow heart of the house, the central location, and a contact close inviting a guest to write in.
- A clean, mobile-first build, made for how a traveler actually browses on a phone.
